Alexander Cornejo

Alexander began his dance career performing Salvadoran folk dance. Since then, he has studied modern, popular, contemporary, and ballet. Throughout his career, he has performed with professional ballet companies in Mexico, Nicaragua, Cuba, Peru, and other countries.

Alexander served as Artistic Director of Dance Academy of Dance/Hot Feet Dance Studio in El Salvador. He moved to the United States in 2016 and joined Oyo Dance Company as a company member in 2019.

Alexander currently teaches the children's dance program and continues to choreograph new works and performances for Oyo Dance Company.
